So, I want to add sounds for command confirmations but when I click on the button to look for sounds nothing is in the sounds folder?

Yeah, just download some sound files off the net, and drop them into that directory.

You can also browse over to "C:\Windows\Media", if you'd like to use some of the default Windows sounds.
