Allow VoiceAttack to Minimize when clicked on TaskBar

Allow VoiceAttack to Minimize when clicked on TaskBar.
The only way now that works is hitting the minimize button on the application window.

Other apps Restore and Minimize their windows by clicking on their TaskBar icon repeatedly.
I'd like VoiceAttack to do the same please.
