I had to redownload my orders three times due to download errors. I am told that I am only allowed to download each pack 3 times. If it crashes again how do I redownload it or get a count reset?

Wrong forum, but you will have to email info@theqnn.com with order details and a fresh link will be sent out for you. I personally use dropbox as my "go to" for saving the downloads, and then letting it sync normally.

Thanks for the info, I will drop them a line. As for drop box, windows one drive, I don't like using the cloud. It is hard enough keeping them (microsoft ect) out of my computer and info alone, yet putting all the info out there in the cloud, where I have no real control. But hey that's just me, been hit by ID theft once.
