Toggle Key on and off with Same Command

I haven't used the program yet but am looking to replace my current program (VAC by DWVac), which I've used for nearly 10yrs.,
My hangup, and has been for the last few yrs, is Voice Attack doesn't have a "Toggle" command easily done, like VAC does.

My situation: I use VAC to run my WASD keys. I say "Left" and the "A" key is held till I say "Left" again, or any command that presses "A".

VAC has a fantastic GUI for us dumb folk, which you simply select "Toggle Key".

My question: Voice Attack is pretty customizable and code based, so is the a "Toggle" command, or simple way to Achieve this?

VoiceAttack has a toggle key press option.  It's on the key press screen.  You will need to update to at least version 1.5.9 to have that feature, though.
