Here is a profile for the A-10C, using DCS World 2

There might still be a few tweaks that need to be done but it should be about 99% done, maybe 98%.

I get a error when uploading profile data to VoiceAttack.

And what does this error message say? I've downloaded and imported the profile into v1.6.2, which works fine; Are you running an older version of VoiceAttack?
