How do i set up Voiceattack for FSX windows 10

You should be able to trigger any of the ingame keyboard commands by sending the corresponding key, E.G.

Press G key and hold for 0,01 seconds and release
to raise/lower the landing gear. You may need to increase the time the key is held down if FSX isn't responding to it.

Alternatively/additionally, you can use SPAD.neXt to change variables directly.
