I believe this to be separate of the other issue with tokens.

None of these Key State Token Parameter Values return true:
  • LCTRL
  • CTRL
  • RCTRL
  • LALT
  • ALT
  • RALT
  • LSHIFT
  • SHIFT
  • RSHIFT
  • LWIN
  • WIN
  • RWIN
So all the modifiers. Rest works fine.

I noticed changes were made to the Quick Input and Variable Keypress Key Indicators, perhaps it's related to that?

Ah... yeah.  Those are the stateless modifier indicators.  Looks like they got moved around.  You should see them again in the next update.  Sorry about that!
