training speech recognition in win 11

Just download paid version of voiceattack.  How do I train it to recognize voice commands before using Voiceattack?

The simplest way to start the training may be to start VoiceAttack itself, then on the "Recognition" tab of the VoiceAttack options window click the "Utilities >" button and choose "Speech Engine Training".

Do note that the training should be performed at least three times, at minimum.
