'F1' Doesn't Open Documentation
« on: June 07, 2023, 12:11:00 AM »
With latest version, when I press the F1 key, an hourglass shows up quickly on the mouse cursor, but nothing happens.  no documentation loads up for Voice Attack.
The option is unchecked in the General Tab.
No error message provided etc.

Any ideas?

VoiceAttack uses a standard Windows API method to open the file, which should pretty much equate to putting the path to the file into the "Run" dialog, for example.

If you try to open VoiceAttackHelp.pdf from the installation directory directly, does that work?

Note that because the inline function editor is a third-party component (Scintilla), the F1 key does not open the documentation while that control has focus (you'd need to focus a different control or the form itself, on the inline function window).
Though, I wouldn't expect any reaction, hourglass cursor or otherwise, if you do press F1 on that control.

Rebooted PC.

I could open the PDF directly from the Install Directory.

However, when opening back up Voice Attack and hitting F1 from within the application at any location, it still exhibits the issue.

Reinstalled the application along with pdf file and seems working OK now.
