Global 'Command' That Can Run Anytime?

Is it possible to set a like Global Command that can be triggered by Keypress (or even voice), without said command's profile being loaded, as well as it can be activated upon any profile switches in the background?

A sort of like, ALWAYS ON command that can be triggered in any instance, not tied to any profile having to be loaded and not impacted if some other profiles are switched in the background.

Commands are tied to profiles, so no.

Closest would be a command in a global profile, as that would be available in any active profile unless overridden by commands in the active profile or a profile included into the active profile.


Profile switching will always cause commands to be stopped, as the data is unloaded and recompiled for the entire profile hierarchy.
