Command Stops Running (Loop) when profile switched to parent

I have an HCS pack that I'm running as main, and I've associated another profile to it for custom commands that aren't in the HCS profile.
I've allowed the 'Include Commands from other profiles' in the HCS settings.
Also did vice-versa for the custom profile.
Upon load of the custom profile, it kicks off a command that contains a loop that should continue to run.

It will run if the CUSTOM VoiceAttack profile is loaded.  But when I switch back to the game, the HCS profile comes back and stops the custom command and it's loop.
Even though I've set it to continue to run regardless.

So it looks like it'll only run if the Custom profile is the selected profile.

Is there any way to have this command continue to execute from the Custom Profile (associated with the HCS one), even of the HCS takes back over and even if it has the setting to 'include commands from other profiles' ?

Commands are always stopped when profiles are switched, this is necessary and cannot be circumvented.
