Steam purchase not recognized

So, I purchased the full version of VA on May 17, 2022 via steam. and everything was going well until today, when upon attempting to launch VA, I get an error message stating that VA is a trial version and Ill need to use an activation key to continue to use it.  As it was purchased on steam (and according to VA literature on the topic) a key is not needed (nor provided).. what is the next step?

If you click "Go", then click the wrench icon on VoiceAttack's main window, what is shown in the titlebar (after "Options")?


Are you starting VoiceAttack directly using the executable, or through Steam?

after options it says V1.10.3 64-bit, and I'm using the executable to launch it.

I don't know what happened but it seems to be working again all of a sudden

That's all it says after "Options", "v1.10.3 64-bit", verbatim?

If you click the "Registration" button on the "General" tab of the VoiceAttack options window, does it show "This version of VoiceAttack is Steam-powered!"?
