Helix stays dumb, not a word, stays quiet

Hi.
I have tried HELIX in my two different PC setups but HELIX just stays quiet, even in HCS Customizer TEST ("Standing by") he keeps his mouth shut  . Like no sound files existing at all. No error indications either.
I have both ED and SC versions but his "speech strike" just continues. Other 6 crew members + cat are "loud and clear" so to speak. VA Updates are ok.
When VA starts 6 crew members are reported but Helix is 7th installed... You can set 6 Crew Favorites...   
Any suggestions?
btw. HELIX download files are identical in both ED and SC. What is going on here?
I Tried to install one and then both HELIX licenses if that would have anything to do with problem I have..
- 64bit version VA
- Windows 10 Pro
