New user how long should I wait for my activation code

Hi all,
Hope everyone is ok.
I purchased a copy of voice activation today, I got an email from paypal straight away showing the payment went through, I also had another email to join the newsletter.
Its been around 2 hours and still no key, I've checked other email accounts and spam folders as well just incase it got sent to a different email than my paypal account.
How long should I wait until I contact support please ?

Newsletter? As far as I'm aware, VoiceAttack does not have a newsletter.

Did you purchase a third-party product, E.G. from HCS Voice Packs?


For VoiceAttack itself, a license can be purchased from https://voiceattack.com/purchase

After payment, you should then receive an email from registration_only_do_not_reply@voiceattack.com with your key

If you did purchase from that page (rather than a third-party, which would be a license for a third-party product, not VoiceAttack itself), you can fill out the form here: https://voiceattack.com/lostkey which should display your license key directly


If you purchase(d) from Steam instead (https://store.steampowered.com/app/583010/VoiceAttack/), there is no license key, as validation is done using your Steam account instead.

Hi, yes I purchased voice attack as well as hcs voice packs, I must of confused the newsletter with hcs not vouce attack.

Did you fill out the entire form on https://voiceattack.com/lostkey[/u]]https://voiceattack.com/lostkey? As the purchase was made within 30 days, the page should display your license key when you include the PayPal transaction ID


As for the email, are you using a Yahoo.com address, per chance? Unfortunately that provider tends to block emails, for unknown reasons (if it is a"gmx.de" address instead, that provider is also known to do so).

Hi, thanks for all the replies, Gary has sorted it out for me.
My software is now up and running, I've had a go at using it in Microsoft flight simulator and its great, I'm really happy with it, and the 3 voice packs I purchased.
