config window not showing on desktop

Config window does not show on the desktop when the keys are pressed. Looking up the problem in the user guide fault finding, it requests "reset window edit VA profile".
"Change plugin context of configuration command to:"
"config.resetwindow."
Where would I find the profile to reset the configuration???

You appear to be referring to the configuration window of a third-party plugin.

Is VoiceAttack's own "Edit a Profile" window not showing when you click the "Edit Profile" button on VoiceAttack's main window (the rounded square with a pencil in it; you can also press Alt-E while that window has focus)?


Have you contacted the author of the third-party plugin you're using about this?
