VA instal, voice also in Elite Dangerous cannot hear nothing

I have Elite Dangerous, I install VA and ASTRA voice pack but nothing is happened in the game. No voice, nothing, not even the greeting message when I start the game. What I do wrong? Please help!
I receive a message when I install the voice, see attach.

Are you running the 64bit beta version of VoiceAttack, as required for that HCS Voice Packs product?
