When speaking commands for the Interactive Kneeboard I get an error message

I purchased the Interactive Kneeboard and when I say "Kneeboard" it opens.  It also responds to "Show Log" and "Show Notes".  It even responds to "Start Dictate" and then the Dictation works.  However when trying to call up other Tabs like AWACS or ATC or JTAC or AAR or Flight or AOCS or REF... Voice Attack recognizes the command, but doesn't do anything in game.  the Kneeboard does not respond.  Can anyone help?  the Error I get is (awaiting additional input).

Assuming you're referring to VAICOM PRO, their support page lists a thread on the Eagle Dynamics forums, and an email address.

There is an unofficial, community-run Discord as well, which may be able to assist with certain issues.
