SteamVR closing VoiceAttack when I start Elite

Hopefully there is an easy fix for this...

Whenever I start Elite Dangerous in VR, VoiceAttack automatically closes. If I start Elite Dangerous first, and then start VoiceAttack, Elite closes.

Looks like SteamVR is only allowing one program to run at a time. How do I fix this?

You can start VoiceAttack directly, instead of through Steam.
