I've just read the 'Speed things up' sticky and though it mentions Resource Balance Offset, it doesn't quite answer what I needed to know.
So, the value can be set from 0 to 100. Is any value set in here faster than the 'default speed bumps' mentioned in the sticky ? (a mere value of 2 for example being faster than default, with 0 being default) I'm hoping that with a mutlicore CPU whilst running a single threaded game, there's more headroom for higher values, as VA and the system will utilise the 'idling' cores better ?
