Elite Dangerous - Hardpoints not retracting

I nhace VA and voice packs. When I want to retract hardpoints they say it will be done but it doesnt happen. I try and check the keyboard command in VA and its not letting me as commands are not allowed to be edited - HCS - Singularity.

New to this stuff....
