Failure to commincate/DCS

I'm running VA/Viacom Pro with DCS 2.5.5.  It worked great with TrackClip Pro.  But since switching to Oculus Rift, I keep getting this message:

5:54:24.863 UNABLE TO ACCESS COMMAND. COMMAND NOT AVAILABLE (Chatter)

Any counsel appreciated.  No idea what's going on.
