Enabling "On my mark"

Every time I try to initiate an "On my mark" command I get the following messages.

2:41:05.958 Unable to comply - on my mark not active
2:41:05.921 Recognized : 'mark'
2:39:29.331 UNABLE TO EXECUTE COMMAND, 'engage auto landing protocols pause' (by name). COMMAND NOT AVAILABLE.


Any help would be awesome! Thanks in advance

Update: Apparently the Stand By to engage quantum leap on my mark works. But any other commands I've tried so far just throe the COMMAND NOT AVAILABLE error. followed by "On my mark command has been cancelled"
