Hotkey from a specific keyboard.

I have 2 secondary keyboard devices plugged into my Windows 10 computer.  Is there a way to set a hotkey to a specific keyboard only?

VA is not set up to differentiate between multiple keyboards.

That's okay.  I'll read directly from the USB device to get the functionality I'm looking for.  I was just looking for the easy (already implemented) way.
