Mutes Mic every time load a new DCS flight

Every time load a new DCS flight the mic is automatically muted and I have to switch into VA and unmute it. There is NO keyboard or joystick hotkeys allocated either in the individual profile or the general settings. How do I stop this happening?

Are you using any third-party plugins and/or profiles? VAICOM PRO perhaps?

If so, you'll want to ask the author of that product about this.

VoiceAttack by itself does not alter input settings unless explicitly set up to do so (the exception being microphone volume being set when the speech recognition engine starts, which is done by the speech recognition engine rather than VoiceAttack itself, and should only occur when the engine is initially started shortly after VoiceAttack is).

yes I do have VAICOM PRO but I am not loading that profile, just using a homemade simple profile and it's the same

If you disable plugin support by clicking , unchecking "Enable Plugin Support" on the "General" tab, clicking "OK" to confirm, clicking "OK" on the dialog to confirm, then restarting VoiceAttack; Does the issue still occur?
