Run an application action blocked

Hello...

I have a really stupid problem that I can't fix.
For a while I have written this command ''romantica'' which starts to run specific youtube video in my chrome and it worked just fine. But for some weird reason, it stopped and it started showing me this msg: Run an application action blocked: romantica.

Now I've whitelisted VA in defender and in Malwarebytes, but still no luck.

So what can I do more?

Do you have the "Block potentially harmful profile actions" option checked on the "Advanced" tab of the profile options?

In my system/advanced options I have it dissabled atho in my main windowit's written that it's turned on

The option can be found in the profile options for the active profile (via the "Edit a Profile" window), not the VoiceAttack options (that is the "Upon import, profiles will have, 'Block potentially harmful profile action' selected" option, which will automatically turn on the "Block potentially harmful profile actions" option when importing a profile).
