Re-sizable SSWTTS edit window

Please allow the "Say Something with Text To Speech" text edit window to be re-sizable. That would be a huge help when handling longer text blocks.  Thank you!

I'm for that one, too.  VA *should* be going through a major UI overhaul soon (just need to find that right chunk of time first lol).
