"Step through" debugging feature

Hi,

It would be good to have a "Step through" debugging feature for stepping through the actions within a command one by one. (Like the F8 key in Visual Basic). I know you can achieve the same end by disabling/enabling actions and re-running but this is quite time consuming.

Technically this is a duplicate of the last item in this feature request, though this description is clearer.

I corrected a typo("or the UI" -> "on the GUI") I just spotted, thus the recent edit.
