Start on login

having an issue here with VA in Windows 10. Ever since Microsuck decided to send out that massive patch last month (the one that prepares everyone for July 29), VA won't start with windows. I have it checked to start with windows in the app, I have it set to administrator.. I cant tell if its a windows thing or a VA thing but it refuses to start on login.

I am able to run VA on Windows startup.  I'm running VoiceAttack on Windows Pro 64 bit, and my user account is an administrator on this machine.  When you check the box, 'Launch with Windows start', VoiceAttack makes a simple common registry entry to do its thing.  Are other applications able to run at Windows start?
