No TTS feedback using Voicemeeter Banana

Hi,

I want to split VA TTS voice feedback from system sound so that I can control the level independently.

I use Virtual Cable to go from VA to Voicemeeter Banana. However, there is no signal at Voicemeeter when it speaks as if there is no connection.

I want to use this scenario with OBS Studio on Twitch.

Can someone please describe exactly how to achieve the desired result.
