Command-related functions inconsistency

Before the introduction of dynamic command sections and multiple phrases per command using semicolons, the contents of the "When I say" field could be considered the full command name, but with those features that term has become less clearly defined:


The "CommandExists" function will check whether a command *phrase* exists, rather than the contents of the "When I say" field.
I feel this is not made clear by the provided example:

The "CommandActive" function, however, does in fact use the contents of the "When I say" field, and will not work with command phrases at all.
The documentation for it doesn't actually use the term "command name" at all, but by not providing any other indication what value it does expect, that doesn't actually make its usage clearer.

Bold emphasis mine

The latter does clarify the intended definition of "command name".


EDIT: With the sub-categorizing of methods, the documentation has changed, though the use of the arguably ambiguous term, "name", remains:

Retesting "Command.Active()" and its legacy equivalent "CommandActive()" in v1.8.3.21 shows they now take command phrases, and only command phrases (using the full contents of the "When I say" field will have them return False), which is consistent with the "{CMDACTIVE:}" token.

I've replaced the CommandName parameters with CommandPhrase, and changed the text to read, 'spoken phrase' instead of, 'name'.  Hoping that might clear up some confusion.  Thank you for the rather involved description of what you were finding ;)
