'Use variable hotkey' feature with keyboard shortcuts
« on: November 23, 2018, 12:58:24 PM »
Ok I got a weird stuff with the option in title.
When I set a keyboard shortcut with a variable, it works fine after saving the profile.
But if I reload VA with that same profile to boot with it, shortcut is not catched when I press it in my keyboard, until I open the edit cmd window concerned (without change it),  or until I switch profile then back to the one who has the shortcut cmd. Someone can confirm ?

What is the value of the variable used when you switch profiles?

Also, remember that when you set the variable, you MUST execute the, 'Refresh Variable Hotkeys' action.  Simply setting the value does not refresh the hotkey.

I've tested [RALT] and [ENTER]
2 different variables in 2 different cmds

Are you executing a command that contains, 'Refresh Variable Hotkeys' anywhere after the variables are set?

It was that, as I set my variables when the profile start. thnx
