Profiles will not load or initialize

Hello,
I have several HCS voices. I had Astra and Eli working fine before. I followed the HCS install instructions and out of the all the new ones I purchased only one will load and initialize in Voice Attack.

When I load one of the other profiles it reverts default back to Alix. I uninstalled everything then reinstalled and now Astra wont load.

Whenever I switch profiles, other than Alex or Eli, it just loads Alix or Eli instead of the selected profile.I downloaded the latest version of Voice attack. I am running Windows 10 64bit

Also, sometimes but not every time I delete the non working profiles Voice Attack Crashes and gives me a jit debug report
Anyone have idea whats going on?

For HCS Voice Packs, you're best off contacting them on their forum.


For the VoiceAttack crash, do you have any additional information? Is there a "VoiceAttackFault.txt" file in VoiceAttack's installation directory that you can post the contents of?
