PTT key...Do not allow to be passed through greyed out

Hi All,

I'm trying to tell VA not to pass through the key I've configured as my PTT (push to talk) but although I can see the option it's greyed out.

Can anyone help?

Is it a modifier key(Shift, Control, Alt)? Those cannot be blocked.

Is using a PTT in VA with HCS and EDH the reason why I get more 'not listening to you' problems?

It shouldn't be.

If you're having issues with recognition, you should try the fixes outlined in this topic. You may also want to consider making a new speech recognition profile.
