HCS Voice Packs Singularity not starting up correctly

The top part of this image shows that I have Custom.3.0.binds in the correct Bindings folder for Elite Dangerous and the game uses this file.

The lower part of the image shows the startup of v2.0 of the Singularity profile from HCS VoicePacks Ltd. For some reason the profile isn't finding the custom file - it doesn't even seem to be looking for it.

Any suggestions?

It's likely a permission problem in windows. Try running VA as admin and if you already are then try running VA not as admin
