Build/Refresh A Loaded Profile File From An External Application

I thinking about an application that will build a voice attack (VA) profile 'dynamically' via an external application that I'm going to write.

So the profile file will not be 'created' within VA (except perhaps initially just so VA has a 'record' of the profile).

If I update this profile file from my application how can I get VA to load the latest copy of the profile ? Can I do this via a voice command (or is there a command line for VA which would let me do this ?)

Importing profiles must be done though the GUI.

A feature request for a command line option has already been made.
