Keys not working on KB when VA is open

Hey sorry if this is redundant but I scanned through the forums and I didn't find any mention to this.

I bought HCS Orion from HCS Voice packs and it seems that when I have that profile enabled I cannot use the "1" key on my KB. I remember similar things like this happening when I used other voice packs in the past. Why does this happen?  Is there a way to fix this?
