How can you stop VA while holding down a key or button

When I hold down a key or a button to use TeamSpeak or CrewChief I would like VA to stop listening.
When the same key / button is released I want VA to start listening again.
I am new to VA so any advice would be appreciated

  • Click
  • Click the "Hotkeys" tab
  • Click the "..." button next to "Recognition Global Hotkey"
  • Check "Enable keyboard global hotkey"
  • Press the key(combination) you wish to assign
  • Select the "VoiceAttack stops listening while keys are down" option
  • Click "OK"
  • Click "OK"

VoiceAttack should now stop listening while you press your chosen key(combination).
