trying to get VA to work my windows 10 by saying things like good morning and it launches google chrome (working) and then launching bookmarks (not working). help is appreciated

How are you trying to launch the bookmarks? If Chrome is your default browser, you should be able to enter a URL directly into the "Run an Application" action and it'll open in Chrome(Not sure if a new window or a new tab though, probably depends on your Chrome settings).
