Does voice attack work with Grand Theft Auto IV?

Totally new to this software as I was recommended it by a fellow gamer with a disability

I don't have GTA IV installed to test with, but in theory there's nothing that should prevent VoiceAttack from working with it(though bearing in mind that GTA IV is not a good PC port).

You can freely try the demo version, if you have the game to experiment with; 20 commands(if you delete the example commands) should be plenty for the basic functionality.
