Link Steam Account?

I recently saw that VA was on Steam and I wanted to post a positive review, but I guess I can't if it does not show that I own a copy.

Q: Is there a way to link my ownership of VA to Steam somehow?

I have seen other games do this when you owned the game before there Steam release and you could link you registered email with the publisher to Steam.

However, this only applied if you bought your copy of VA before March 18 2017.

Also, your normal VA key will be deactivated and you will be issued a steam key instead.
