Win 10 Speech recognition backup

After a OS install, I was trying the Speech recognition backup, found on the VA site.  After I run the app, I get a bunch of errors, but it looks like it took.  Anyone have a problem with this?

I have a similar problem. I'm using the "Speech Profile Manager" with the latest version of Windows 10 and when attempting to backup a profile it throws two errors for "failed to read file" and doesn't export anything.

As far as I know I'm not running any software that's using voice recognition, including Cortana. I've tried exporting in safe mode and have the same issue.
