where are the profiles?

can somebody tell me where to find the profiles (non steam version), where are they located?

They're all in the same database file "VoiceAttack.dat" found at "%appdata%/VoiceAttack/".

If you want specific profile data(to back up, for example), you need to export to individual .vap file(s) first.
