VoiceAttack changing your mic volume when it starts?

Hello, there.  A common problem that some are having is VoiceAttack changing their microphone volume when it launches.  What is actually happening is the underlying speech engine that VoiceAttack uses (Windows speech engine) is trying to adjust the mic volume based on how it was trained during your training session.  If your microphone was too loud, the speech engine will reduce the volume.  If the mic was too quiet, the mic volume will be raised.  You can correct this by retraining your speech engine and keeping your mic volume in the green area of the volume meter.  Yeah... it's a pain
