Elite Dangerous HCS Voicepack Switching

I am attempting to set up the ability to switch between HCS voice profiles.  I checked youtube videos and set them up using Selector profile.  The profiles switch when I give the voice command but doesn't play the sound included.
Here's the command I created:
While in Elite: Vega Full House profile I say: Eden
Switch to profile, 'Elite: Eden Full House'
Play sound, '(VA_SOUNDS)\hcspack-EDEN\Acknowledgements\All yours.wav'

When I give the voice command "Eden" VoiceAttack shows 'Profile changed to Elite: Eden Full House' with a green dot then there's entry saying 'Stopped Command, Eden' with a yellow dot.

Does anyone know what I may have done wrong?

When a profile is switched, all command processing is stopped in the current profile and control is then handed over to the loaded profile.  What you will want to do is have startup command in the destination profile that plays the sound when the profile is loaded.

Swap the order of the commands

As Gary has said, swapping profiles stops all running commands.

So if you want the full command to play out, just swap the Switch Profile and Play Sound positions.
