crashing when running a global hotkey for balabolka

Am sorry i dont know if i have already reported the issue am not quite sure if its the same .

Bare in mind this command doesn't have a specific process to target its designed to be used on a window in focus

■ Balabolka a software for converting text into speech using system voices or any downloaded voices it reads selected text or reads from clipboard.

[1] shortcut for saving.

[2] it attachs the word saving to the clip board.

[3] is a global hotkey for balabolka to Text to speech the text in the clipboard.

So inconclusion this sometimes crashes voice attack and momentarily hanging windows 10 then making the mouse move in slow motion and i regain control maybe after a minute or so.

I have to keep trying the same command and restarting voice attack untill after about 4 attemps of restarting and trying the command it works without crashing even when am running voice attack in admin privilages.

And it works after a few attemps bare in mind this happens with all the previous voice attack versions even the beta one right now am on the latest beta .

Yes i know instead i could use the voice attack's text to speech. the reason i use balbolka is i can switch between text to speech voices , so anything that goes in the clipboard will be read by the voice i have switched to plus i with balabolka i can choose where the audio output goes to which virtual cable / speaker so i can reroute it to voip so my buddies can here the tts in other words when i show off how wonderfull voice attack is


 I know our wonder full Gary is working of a global tts voice changing almost like profile switching but for voices and this is whats the best i can use right now

I was looking at this issue and the other issue regarding the clipboard and I found that they are actually the same problem.  So, I thought I would grab Balabolka and throw it in with VA and see what happens.  I was able to reproduce the problem without a long delay.  I was trapping the exception in the UI thread and not the thread where the clipboard is accessed, so moving the trap fixed it.  I also took Pfeil's advice and added information on what is pinning down the clipboard (in this case it reports Balabolka).  Not sure why that app needs to latch on to the clipboard like that, as it will peg the clipboard even if you just move its main window around.  It lets go at some point (I tested in a loop). 

This fix will be in the next release... it's not going to solve the problem with Balabolka, however I found that if I try like 3 or more times in a row it gets the value in there.
