can i set general configuration during startup profil script ?

I want my startup profil script to modify géneral config in (recognition)->ignore this commands;

is that necessary, or making an ignore list into the profil do the same thing ?

If you're referring to the "Recognition Prefix Exclusions", that option can't be changed on-the-fly.

You can however add commands for the phrases you want ignored, containing the "Ignore an Unrecognized Word or Phrase", to your profile, which will have the same effect.
