0.1 FR - StarCitizen VA profile ( emotes-ship-combat )+SC keyboard profile

Hi,
need full VA version. work well with 1.6.7/1.6.7.5

this profile was for FR speech guys, but you could translate it and return it to me THKS.
it include a function to use modulars language for synthetised voice. you can already choose french and english speak for the "IA". there is no social implementation to minimize pb with voice recognition. so you should translate commands, and thats all folks.

we need licence to buy a software helping us to do a plugin that should work with star citizen.
