Can't enable plugin support

Hallo, I've got VA (last beta version).
After installation I try to enable plugin support by checking appropriate point.
But nothing happens. VA tells me, that plugin support will be active next time I strat the VA. I restar the VA, but it does not indicate, that plugin support is activated. I.m doing it in administration mode.

Doing in on other computer passes well.

What can be wrong?

Plugin support is enabled, do you have plugins for it to load?

If there isn't any, I don't think the function enables automatically.

If you do have a plugin, make sure it's in a subdirectory of the Apps folder. Otherwise, VoiceAttack will ignore it.

E.G. "Apps\Plugin\Plugin.dll" will load, "Apps\Plugin.dll" will not.
