Mouse won't move to coordinates until I move mouse in World of Tanks Full Screen

I have a voice command that should move the mouse to a specified coordinate and click. The click and other keyboard commands work but the mouse won't move. In troubleshooting, I removed everything but the mouse movement command and noticed that if I start to move the mouse and issue the command then the cursor moves to the coordinates. Otherwise it does nothing.

I was running the latest stable then downloaded the latest Beta. Problem persists.

Any ideas?

Make sure there is an adequate pause between each mouse action:

Move mouse to (x,y)
Pause 0.1
Click left mouse button (0.1 duration)

That's usually the culprit.  Hope that helps!
