[V1.5.8.20] Can't run commands from the command list while listening is disabled

When listening is disabled, commands cannot be executed from the command list.
"External command :" is listed in the log, but nothing actually happens with the command itself.

Keypresses won't trigger commands either, but that's presumably intended behaviour for the command list(As it also occurs when listening is enabled)

I *think* this one has been fixed with some of the changes that were made recently.  Thanks for letting me know
